Our customer wanted to extend their kitchen area by removing the existing conservatory and creating a bigger, more luxurious space which could be used all year round. Opting for a striking garden room, this beautiful modern extension comprises Storm Evolution Timber Alternative frames in agate grey with a cottage bar and a set of aluminium bi folding doors.
ROCOCO constructed an internal atrium to hold LED spotlights, as well as an external decorative cornice to conceal the gutter line and create a boundary between the windows and the roof. The client had decided they didn’t want a traditional brick finish, and as such a K render was used to create the desired effect.
The finishing touches and finer details within the garden room have made all the difference here. The tiles, skirting, flush thresholds, equal site lines on the frame, designer dual chrome window handles, integrated TV sockets and external lighting complement the overall feel of the property, its surroundings and the garden room itself.
Throughout the project the client was able to make decisions and see what the finished product would look like with the help of our 3D modelling and design service. On this particular project it helped create a light, open space where the homeowner can relax and enjoy their garden all year round.
